The 731-741 South Pacific Avenue Building in San Pedro, CA was constructed in 1930 in the classic Art Deco Style, as a Montgomery Ward Department Store. The building has been completely renovated and all mechanical aspects are new. Both buildings are located in the heart of the San Pedro Arts District of Old Town. They are surrounded by shops, galleries, antique stores, restaurants, live/work lofts, all within a short walking distance to the harbor waterfront.
